Wonderful Stay with Family Fun
bowling alley varied menu comfortable room
I appreciated the many activities available at the hotel. There was table tennis, a pool table, and bowling to enjoy after our hikes (the kids loved it!). The food offered a great choice with a varied menu each evening during our week. Our beds and room were very comfortable.
The heating was very good, but everything else was paid separately. Things such as the games rooms and heated pools required extra payment, surprising. I would have liked a few more complimentary options .

The buffet restaurant is quite large and offers great variety (I especially enjoyed the themed nights). The food stations are well kept, with staff regularly replenishing the dishes and ensuring cleanliness. Seating is ample and arranged to accommodate both small and large groups.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any questions I had. The reception desk operates 24/7, a reassuring service for late arrivals or early departures.

poor room cleaning bleached rag
The team at the hotel are professional and helpful!
The room was never cleaned properly! A bleached rag was left on top of our clean clothes. I feel annoyed for the money we paid. We did not get what we paid for.

Excellent Stay Near the Gondola
convenient location polite staff family facilities
The hotel's location near the gondola was very convenient. The staff was polite and helpful, specifically the breakfast staff member who showed great kindness. The hotel facilities were great and offered something for all the family.
The lack of spicy food options at dinner was a slight inconvenience. I had to buy hot sauce locally to add some flavour to my meals.

large beds natural light rude receptionist hotel facilities
The room was quite spacious for three guests. The beds were large and comfortable, and the bathroom included two sinks.. The eastern exposure gave us ample natural light and kept the room very warm.
The receptionist was rude, disappointing. We reminded me of we bothered him with questions about the hotel facilities..
